EVERYDAY Visits are available 10:00am-6:30pm. Visits are 20-30 minutes. Medication/Supplements administered for an additional $5.00 per visit. Weekends are an additional $10.00 per visit.HOLIDAYS are an additional $20.00 per visit. $10.00 same day cancellation fee for all confirmed visits.
SAME DAY VISIT requests if available -If requested after 7:00pm the evening to any service needed, it is considered a "SAME-DAY" request. There is a $10.00 same day fee.
CANCELLATIONS 6:30pm-8:30pm the evening prior to the scheduled service, there is a 50% cancellation fee. CANCELLATIONS after 8:30pm the evening prior, through anytime before a scheduled VISIT begins, it is considered a "SAME-DAY" cancellation. There is a 100% cancellation fee. Weekend walks if available are an additional $10.00 per VISIT. Holiday walks if available are an additional $20.00 per VISIT. Visits before 9:00am or after 7:00pm are considered "OFF HOURS". and if available are an additional $5.00 per VISIT. -OFF HOURS (Between 8-9am & 7-8pm ) + $10.00 -AFTER HOURS/TRAVEL (Between 8pm-8am) + $25.00 *Prices do not include additional 8.875% sales tax*
Initial set-up visit: *No Charge* We come to you to meet your pets, becomes familiar with your home, pick up keys and review policies/procedures. DAILY FOLLOW UP AFTER EACH VISIT via YOUR OWN PORTAL NOTIFICATIONS Lose your key? We can let you in. Emergency lockout service: $20.00
